  Disappointed twice, I normally go to Wanneroo every year to get my flu injection, went in 2 days ago to be told to come back Friday for the needle as they are moving stock around, so go back today to hear another lady complaining she had made a appt online for flu shot and they said they had run out, so what a waist of time having to leave work to come back when they said, they shouldn't advertise flu shots or online booking if they can't accommodate the service

  I would like to recommend Wanneroo to anybody who live in area .they are so helpful and friendly .they know what they are talking about and the service they give is 100% thank you to the team at Wanneroo

  After spending all day trying several other chemists to get a medicine and all said it was unavailable, only the Chemist at Priceline Wanneroo rang my Dr and explained the problem and suggested an alternative to which she agreed to. I was then able to pack my bag for my trip to Bali that night a lot less stressed. Thanks guys. You went over and above to help me. Lucy

  I am writing after a very disturbing experience at the Wanneroo Store. I will be lodging a complaint with dep of fair trading however i wanted to let future Customers know about the incident. I purchased items at the Carramar store yesterday...$158.12 and found this morning when i opened and went to use the line freeze that this product is faulty. As i was shopping at Wanneroo i popped in there to exchange for a working item. I was attended to by the manager who refused an exchange for a working product and said she could send it to Physicians Formular manufacturer if i wanted! I am sure the policy should be if an item is faulty it should be replaced! The other girls could see quite clearly that it wasn't working and was faulty. I purchased from Priceline NOT Physicians Formular! I am a very regular customer and spend a lot of money with your company...i am extremely distressed at the way i was treated and the return policy? As stated i will be taking this to consumer affairs as i do not believe this is right and would hate for it to happen to another customer. The set was 45 dollars and i bought it to use now and i am not prepared to wait 2 weeks to send off to the manufacturer...very dissapointed

  I give the store, ambience, layout and wide product availability 4 stars. Unfortunately, the service was below average and the security guard made me uncomfortable, guess its because I was 1 of the few customers there and he had nothing to do but to intently stare, therefore a 2 star. This was the first time I have ever seen a security guard for Priceline - in such a small shopping center no less! Overall 2 stars.
