  Disappointed at the prices of food here and as grandparents found it to be an expensive day for us considering we were not allowed to bring anything with us.

  Not recommended for birthday. For $34.90 a head the kids gets chicken nuggets and chips with fruit box juice. No extra water or cordial. Food platters was small serving. Charlie chipmunk is boring, he didn't even entertain the kids. Made a quick appearance and then disappeared. The hosts was unprofessional, they were a couple of teenagers. Wouldn't go back!!!

  Coffee isn't always consistent in that sometimes you get a small slice with your coffee and other times none.

  There are larger ones in the area but my 6 year old can spend 2 or 3 hours here totally entertained playing with other kids. The staff is friendly and helpful and tables are always kept clean. $10 entry isn't bad and that Entertainment coupon app has a BOGO deal on entry if you have multiple kids or your kid brings a friend.

  Very dirty. Under 2yo play area had hair, food scraps and dust every where. Smelt like urine and the ball pits where very grimey. Honestly would have been cleaner for the kids to play out side in the dirt. So much equipment was broken, mats had massive tares in them. Very run down. Toilets needed a very good clean and smelt very bad. I hate writing bad reviews but this place had nothing good to say about it and i hope it changes its standards asap.
