  Good doctors but the receptionists seem to hate life all depressed and rude makes you feel very uncomfortable so bland and stuff

  It says under their name when you google search them 'appointments and walk ins' however this is not correct. I have walked in a few times only to be turned away by the miserable staff at the desk. To get in here you need to know you are going to get sick a few days in advance as they are always booked out. If you manage to get in there are a few wonderful doctors at this practice that will really listen and WANT to help. Some I find not so great as they get you in and out in 3 minutes flat. I understand some people may like that but I prefer to be examined thoroughly and receive a proper diagnosis. The ladies at the front desk aren't overly cheery nor are they very helpful over the phone when trying to book in. No other times or days were offered, just a simple "no sorry, we are booked out" is all I was told.

  I attended an appt on 15.8.17. I attended the front counter to a young receptionist (there were only 2 staff on). I gave my details and she told me to wait over there. NO good morning or even hello and didn't take her eyes of the computer screen. When I left I thought I would check with reception.to see if I needed to do anything before leaving. I presented to the same rude and cold girl and she just told me she would.bulk bill later. No goodbye and didn't take her eyes off the screen. The Doctors are amazing really awesome health professionals which is why I go back but the reception staff are unfriendly and rude. I experience this rudeness everytime! I believe this is a reflection on the Practice manager who should deal with the regular complaints about reception staff! Please take cold and rude staff off the front counter or revisit your employment policy! Awesome doctors but terrible reception staff from the many times I have attended this Practice!

  Unfortunately the title Super Clinic is misleading. It would help if all of your doctors weren't away on leave at the same time. Some of us do work full time in addition to other family commitments.
