  Had to go to this medical centre this morning to have blood taken... first impression....mmmm Front staff where more interested in their private conversation than being friendly and the lab and tech was a complete waste of time she was rude unhelpful and couldnt even understand the typed form I had. she gave me the form back and suggested I go back to my doctor for clarification.. not mpressed at all... I went straight to the lab in Clarkson, walked in had bloods drawn and walked out 10 min later - apparently that lady could understand the form no problem :-(

  I was able to get in straight away and they made room for my appointment.

  The medical centre advises it opens up at 8.30am, doctor doesn't come into the centre until 9.45pm. My appointment was at 9.30am and I am currently STILL waiting to be seen (now 10.30am). There was only one client infront of me. I was here 10 minutes before my appointment. Poor customer service as I was advised to reschedule for the afternoon instead of seeing if there was someone else available. Receptionist was not understanding. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
