  Why not have a set time to process new passports. I have witnessed on may occasions where a passport photo is required and a staffer will drop everything to process the passport requirement. Not good enough.

  Its all very well the Post Office is able to process various local and Gov payments but please first ensure the facility is big enough to handle the traffic!! Build a new one.

  Friendly efficient helpful staff that gave every customer very personalised attention even though they were extremely busy I had a tricky request and they managed it very well. Top marks to the staff.

  There is atleast one absolutely terrible staff, who was rude and disrespectful which I experienced today while submitting passport application for my newborn. It was their mistake that they didn't copy both sides of drivers license and birth certificate but the way she asked me to produce them again was so rude and she was not even ready to accept my joke of not agreeing to produce the docs. If u are applying for passport go somewhere not Wanneroo Australia Post.

  What a terrible experience it is attending the Wanneroo Post Office. The place is too small ( has been for a great number of years now) to service the Wanneroo and surrounding areas. Queues almost out the door on most week days - its not like its Christmas.

  Absolutely terrible staff, rude and disrespectful. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays, important days of the week and are reluctant to work extra.
