  Do not attend this Vet if you want care for your beloved pet, The staff are programmed to pursue money rather than concern for your animal. The advise is 'cant possibly tell you anything unless you spend lots of money' on xrays, scan, etc.. Do not take in consideration that maybe you know your pets behaviour patterns, and quirks', they most importantly dont show care toward your pet. in an emergency , where your pet is suffering and in need of immediate attention, they wont treat it until you prove you have money first ,, .Our family has found a Vet now that actually cares about animals instead of how much money they can make.. would give 0 stars if was an option.

  Vetwest killed my dog! My five year old mini dachshund had cancer and back issues and vetwest gave us useless medication,useless advice and even Googled(yes GOOGLED!!!) about what to do with a situation that was we brought up with them.Money hungry and incompetent ,that's what they are.On another occasion my other dog went in for a tooth op and came out with a giant bruise on her chest! I could have googled,i could have kept my money and i could have got my dogs the help they needed elsewhere.I do not recommend this vet chain.People go to padbury vet.He's very lovely and careful with your animals and has their best interest at heart

  Take my puppy and cat here regularly as they like to get up to mischief and they both love the nurses and vets so much! They're lovely people and affordable !

  Was told one thing by a vet.. she went on maternity leave. Then 'forced' to have another consult.. told another thing by another vet who said she would leave notes. Came in later to collect what had been organised with the new vet but receptionist wouldn't allow it without seeing another vet, even though the last consult was only 4 weeks prior. Said they couldn't help us unless we paid another consultation fee plus test fee. Extremely disappointed in vet west's lack of ability to follow through with what they say, the miscommunication within their practice and the way we (both me and my partner, on separate occassions) were dealt with.
